The Club Today
The club is in good hands.
Badgers train twice a week on Dorn Field and compete across the Gulf Coast, from Louisiana to Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. Many had never touched a rugby ball before their first practice. That's always been the point.
The club runs on student dues, sweat, and alumni support. Limited school budget & scholarships. Just athletes who want to play and join a brotherhood.

Founded in 1830, Spring Hill is the oldest Catholic college in the Southeast, with live oaks, azaleas, and a Jesuit tradition that shapes everyone who comes through. The rugby club has been part of that story for fifty years, and the Foundation exists to keep it there.

Why the Foundation Exists
Club rugby survives on the people who never really left.
The Spring Hill Rugby Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit run by former players. Our mission encompasses providing both essential financial aid as well as strategic organizational support to the Spring Hill College Rugby club. Beyond the pitch, we are committed to assisting graduating student athletes in their transition to post-graduate life.
